Cut-off Dates for Refund:
3rd Friday in June – Labor Day
- by 4:00pm 30 days before arrival date
Rest of the year
- by 4:00pm 14 days before arrival date
- (the Confirm & Pay page only displays the Summer policy, but this policy will be in your rental agreement)
Snowmobilers Only, Dec. 15 – March 15
- If Manager determines, based on communication with local trail groomers, that trails will be unrideable during Guest’s stay, we will offer a refund for affected nights.
Cancellation made by cut-off date: Refund of all payments made, less 3% of all payments made by credit card.
Cancellation made after cut-off date: No refund

We allow most dogs, but no other pets. Please read our Pet Policy page in full.
All dogs must be pre-approved. You can do this by calling us at 906-208-7178 or you can Send Inquiry below including a description of your dog in the Comments/Questions section.
Travel insurance can reimburse your booking fees in part or in full if you need to cancel after the cutoff date for the cancellation period. Travel insurance is available during checkout, from your local agent, or from an online marketplace (lots of options and competitive rates). If something comes up at the last minute, we can’t bail you out, but travel insurance can.
